북경에서 돌아 온 바로 다음 날 2013년 10월 21일 서울의 Renaissance Hotel에서 WEBA Agents Workshops 2013-2014가 개최되어 이 행사에 참석했습니다. 필자는 올 해 초 WEBA의 정회원으로 지정되어 마침 서울에서는 처음으로 개최되는 WEBA Workshop에 참가했습니다.

WEBA는 2002년 스위스에서 결성된 단체로 학교관계자들에게는 WEBA 행사를 통해 학교를 홍보하고 유학원 관계자들과의 친분 교류의 장을 제공하여 학생들 모집을 원활하게 하고, 유학원관계자들에게는 MBA, 학부, 고등학교, 보딩스쿨, 언어연수, 호텔학교, 서머 캠프 등의 단체를 연결시켜 학생들의 상급학교 진학을 지원하도록 합니다.

2014년 1월에 Dubai에서 VIP Agent Workshop이 개최되는데 필자도 이에 초청을 받았습니다. 7성급 호텔인 The Burj Al Arab Hotel의 the Al Falak Ballroom에서 Workshop이 열린다고 하니 은근 기대가 됩니다.

 

 

 

 

해외에서 개최되는 국제회의나 워크샵에 참가하여 안목을 높이고 최근 정보와 학교 관계자와의 교류를 통하여 전문성을 확보하여 유학 업무에 더욱 더 정진하려고 합니다. 많은 관심 부탁드립니다.
