위의 프로그램을 보시면 IECA의 역할이 무엇인지를 느끼시게 될 것입니다. 일반 유학원에서의 유학 상담이나 학원에서의 학습 상담과는 다르다는 것을 이해하셨을 것입니다. IECA는 진정한 교육이 무엇인지에 대해 논의합니다. 또한 전통적인 교육의 현장에서 이루어지지 않는 교육에서의 소외된 부분까지 찾아내어 함께 고민하고 이를 풀어가기 위하여 노력하는 단체라는 것을 아셨을 것입니다.

IECA 회의는 매년 2 차례씩 개최되는데, 내년 4월 말부터 5월 초에는  San Francisco에서, 11월에는 North Calorina의 Charlotte에서, 후년 5월에는 Canada의 Toronto에서 IECA 정기 회의가 열립니다.
