아이비 리그를 비롯한 명문 대학들과 지원 에세이(1)에 이어 오늘은 공용원서를 사용하는 아이비 리그 대학과 UC 계열 대학에 제출해야 하는 보충 (Supplementary) 에세이 제목과 토픽에 관한 소개를 해 보려고 한다.

다음은 Harvard University에서 Common Application의 Supplements로 요구하는 에세이 토픽이다.

 

Additional Essays

Occasionally, students feel that college application forms do not provide sufficient opportunity to convey important information about themselves or their accomplishments. If there is something you would like us to know, please inform us below. If you wish to include an additional essay, you may do so.

Possible Topics:
- Unusual circumstances in your life
- Travel or living experiences in other countries
- A letter to your future college roommate
